At our practice, we recognize the obstacles  seniors and individuals with disabilities face with transportation to doctors offices. We seek to  address barriers to elderly and disabled patients having convenient access to care. Although we presently do not function as a non-profit entity, our commitment is to at-home primary care services to those most in need, including offering options with NO COST to the patients or their loved ones.
